We normally operate a team that consists of Instructors, Divemasters, Boat Captains, and Divemaster- or Instructor Trainees, part of which work with us season after season, and part of which only work with us for one season. Speaking multiple languages is surely important, but a professional attitude is even more so. You also need to be a great team player, very customer orientated, an open and friendly person and not afraid of hard work. For professionals, we offer a fixed salary and accommodation. For Divemaster- or Instructor Trainees, we offer accommodation, courses and the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the most experienced and professional Instructors in the industry.
